Shipping & Returns

Shipping - Domestic

All prices on the website are in sterling.

Standard delivery for UK orders is a flat rate of £3.95. Free shipping applies to orders over £25 in value. Goods are usually sent out within 2 to 3 working days and arrive within a week, using a courier which will give you tracking information.  If you need something urgently please email us and if the items are in stock we can send by next day service at a small additional cost.

Shipping - International

Due to Brexit and the recent changes to sending goods to the EU, I have suspended deliveries to Europe. I am able to send to the USA and Canada, please use the International Shipping for orders of up to 3 items, for larger amounts please contact me directly. Please note that Diffusers cannot be shipped to the USA and Canada, as liquids are prohibited

Returns

If you need to cancel your order please email us and if your order hasn't been sent yet we can give you a full refund.  If it has been sent then we can refund you as soon as we receive the order back. Unfortunately we are not able to cover your postage for returning goods.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase but if you're not then you can get a full refund if you return it to us, unused and in the original packaging within 14 days. Please email us on juliette@handmadebyjuliette.com and we will send you a returns form with your order details.

Please complete the form and put it with the goods you wish to return.   We advise you to request proof of postage when sending as we can't be responsible for anything until it reaches us.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note that due to the handmade nature of some products , primarily ceramic items, they may vary from the images shown. We do our very best to provide information and pictures that reflect the products we sell but some variation may be unavoidable. We hope that customers understand this.
