All prices on the website are in sterling and include VAT.
Standard delivery is free for all UK orders over £25. Standard delivery for UK orders under £20 is £3.95. Goods are usually sent out within 2 days and arrive within a week. If you need something urgently please email us and if the items are in stock we can usually get them to you the next day.
Due to recent changes to EU shipping requirements we are unable to ship outside the UK
If you need to cancel your order please email us and if your order hasn't been sent yet we can give you a full refund. If it has been sent then we can refund you as soon as we receive the order back. Unfortunately we are not able to cover your postage for returning goods.
We endeavour to run all classes which are posted on the site, but if for any reason we are unable to hold a class then a full refund will be made
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase but if you're not then you can get a full refund if you return it to us, unused and in the original packaging within 14 days. Please email us on Juliette.goggin@gmail.com and we will send you a returns form with your order details. Please complete the form and put it with the goods you wish to return. We advise you to request proof of postage when sending as we can't be responsible for anything until it reaches us. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note that due to the handmade nature of some products , primarily ceramic items, they may vary from the images shown. We do our very best to provide information and pictures that reflect the products we sell but some variation may be unavoidable. We hope that customers understand this.
